The past few weeks have been good ones here at Padel Africa. During this time we have been working in both East and West Africa, with stays in Kenya, Rwanda and now Ghana. It’s fair to say that this journey has seen us put the “padel” to the metal - we’re very serious about making this sport the new African pastime.

Spending time in Nairobi, Kigali and Accra (cities soon to become padel hotspots) we were blown away by the number of people we met so eager to see their hometowns put on the Padel Africa map. Eager to see tennis courts converted, sports halls upgraded, new ground broken. And that’s just for starters.

What strikes us is how even though some of these people are just learning about padel for the first time - they immediately get it. They get the fun, the action. They also get the importance of bringing inclusive sports like padel to their communities.

They immediately see and understand the impact it can bring - #MoreThanSport.

Most importantly - they also know that in working with Padel Africa, they will get exactly what they need.
